I want to like this place. I used to go to and enjoy a Freshii location in the Loop. The bowl I got at the Target location has uncooked rice throughout the bowl, unfortunately. Not possible to safely eat and enjoy. I tried to call to warn the location to swap out the rice , but no answer. Great to have healthier options like this, but it doesn't matter if I can't eat it. :(
